Maintain and protect your equipment with the Beamex Care Plan
All calibrators will become unreliable if they aren’t recalibrated periodically. They also need regular calibration and maintenance to stay reliable and accurate.
Any unexpected damages can become expensive and take a long time to repair if you don’t have a strategy in place.
The Beamex Care Plan is a contract that covers annual calibrations, repairs, and much more. It was specifically designed to help our customers maintain the accuracy and reliability of their Beamex measurement equipment throughout its lifetime.

Beamex Care Plan includes:
- Regular calibrations with an accredited traceable calibration certificate
- Flexible calibration intervals – 3, 6, 12 or 24 months
- Free shipments to and from the Beamex calibration laboratory
- Free repairs, even with accidental damage
- Replacement of wearable parts
- Email notification of due calibration
- Applicable updates of firmware, device description files
- Help-desk services
- Priority service
Calibration intervals that match your quality system
Beamex Care Plans are now available with 3, 6, 12 and 24-month calibration intervals, in addition to the established annual plan.
You can align the interval with your own quality system and with how critical each instrument is, rather than adapting your processes to a fixed schedule.
Available across the MC6, MC6-Ex, MC6-T and EXT/EXT-IS product families.

Sustainable by design
Sustainability is a core component of the Beamex design philosophy and we see digitalization as a critical enabler for reaching sustainability targets in our customers’ industries.
Why are regular calibrations necessary?
All instruments, including calibrators, need to be calibrated regularly. Keeping your calibrator up to date with regular calibration is important to maintain accuracy and for compliance.
A traceable, accredited calibration certificate is needed if your plant operates according to a quality control system, such as the ISO 9000 quality control system, and/or if you must provide proof of measurements and traceability to your customers. In critical applications, the costs of an out-of-tolerance situation can be extremely high, and therefore it is safer to calibrate your equipment more often.
Beamex service plans include regular calibrations and make it easy to return the unit to service.
