The Beamex ePG is a portable, battery-operated electric pressure pump and controller for industrial pressure calibration applications in ranges from -0.85 to 20 bar (-12.4 to 300 psi). It provides an effortless way to generate pressure or vacuum and can be used together with any existing pressure calibrator.

With the ePG, you can generate the required pressure or vacuum easily using the coarse and fine adjustment buttons – generate pressure with the push of a button.
Flexible – use with any calibrator
The ePG is a standalone product and can be used with any pressure calibrator. No need to purchase a new pressure calibrator, just replace your hand pump with an ePG and make your life easier.
All pumps have moving parts that will eventually wear out, but with the ePG the most common maintenance tasks can be carried out by the user. Detailed instructions are provided in the documentation.
Powerful, field-replaceable battery
The ePG’s powerful battery provides a long operation time and can be quickly charged. You can also charge a spare battery separately, and replace in the field when needed.

Ready for the field
The robust ePG has been designed for field use and is water and dust resistant. The pump can be easily held and operated with one hand, while the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry or hang up.
The ePG’s powerful field-replaceable battery with status indication provides a long operation time – over a week in normal use – and can be quickly charged either inside the pump or separately.

The ePG provides a fast and effortless way to generate pressure and vacuum for various pressure calibration applications. Simply use the backlit coarse and fine adjustment buttons to generate the required pressure or vacuum.
The ePG can be used with any existing pressure calibrator – simply replace your existing manual hand pump with an ePG and make your life easier.

All pumps have moving wearable parts that need to be replaced at some point, but the ePG has been designed for easy maintenance and most common maintenance tasks can be carried out by the user.

As the pump is not a metrology reference, a problem with the pump doesn’t require labor-extensive quality assurance processes, and you can continue using your calibrator normally.

Automate pressure calibrations

The MC6 family calibrator can automatically control the ePG through the required set points, capturing the calibration points in its memory, from where they can be synced to calibration software. This improves efficiency, eliminates manual data entry, ensures calibrations are repeatable, and improves the quality of calibration data.
