Collection of our calibration software products
Our documenting calibrators store results in their memory, allowing you to upload the results into the calibration software directly. This is beneficial as you don’t need to carry pen and paper around to document your work or spend time typing the results into the software later.
Our temperature dry blocks come in different models: the easily portable and fast dry blocks for field use and high accuracy temperature blocks for laboratory use.
We offer calibrators for different electrical quantities, mainly for DC signals related to process calibration, such as current, voltage, resistance and frequency.
We offer modular multi-bus field communicators for HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 and Profibus PA protocols. The communicator is built into the process calibrator so the two communicate seamlessly and offer a better user experience. Plus you only need to carry one device. Thanks to the modularity, you are able to customize the device to your needs.
We offer HART communicators built-in to our process calibrators. When the HART communicator and process calibrator are in the same device they communicate seamlessly, offering a better user experience than if separate. Plus, you only need to carry one device. Thanks to the modularity of our calibrators, you can add the communication option later if needed.
We offer calibrators that are Intrinsically Safe and can be used in hazardous Ex areas, where explosive gases may be present. Using Ex certified calibrators makes it easier for you, as it eliminates the need for always getting hot-work permits when going on site. Our Ex calibrators are both ATEX and IECEx certified.
Many of the calibrators we offer are multifunctional calibrators, so you don’t have to carry multiple pieces of equipment into the field or maintain and recalibrate multiple devices. For us, “multifunctional” means a calibrator that can measure and generate electrical, temperature and pressure signals.
We offer pressure calibrators as portable field devices and as bench or workshop models. Pressure measurement is performed with internal and/or external pressure modules for better flexibility. Pressure measurement ranges go from vacuum up to 1,000 bar (14,500 Psi). Both gauge pressure (vacuum and positive) and absolute pressure can be measured with the same modules, so you don’t have to buy multiple modules. Also, intrinsically safe pressure calibrators are available for use in hazardous areas.
Beamex pressure controllers are offered as both portable and workshop models. Our automatic pressure controllers can stand alone or can be combined with our calibrators to enable automatic paperless calibrations. Manual pressure generators, hand pumps and manual pressure controlling modules are also available.
We offer process calibrators that are designed for the process industry and demanding conditions.
Our temperature dry blocks accurately generate temperatures that can be used for applications like temperature sensor calibration. We also offer electrical temperature calibrators that can measure and simulate various temperature sensors (RTDs and thermocouples). High-accuracy reference temperature probes are also available.
We offer calibration test benches for calibration and maintenance of process instruments in the workshop and laboratory. Stationary test benches and mobile trolleys are available. Our products are modular and versatile, so you can customize the solution to fit your needs.
We offer different calibration pressure pumps that are used to generate pressure while calibrating pressure instruments.
Several dedicated pumps are available for different purposes.
