Beamex Partners with CATCH Apprenticeships to Empower Industrial Skills Development
Beamex, a leading provider of calibration equipment and solutions, is delighted to announce its partnership with CATCH Apprenticeships in the UK, a renowned organisation dedicated to skills, apprenticeships, and competency development within the industrial sector. As part of this collaboration, Beamex will proudly support CATCH by loaning state-of-the-art calibration equipment to enhance the training experience for apprentices.
CATCH, which was established in 1999 to bolster the £6 billion Humber chemical and process sectors, has since evolved into a beacon of excellence in industrial training and development. The organisation’s impressive journey includes the launch of a cutting-edge training centre in 2006, followed by the introduction of CATCH Skills in 2017. 2021 marked the birth of CATCH Apprenticeships, ushering in a new era of industrial training. Now, in 2023, CATCH continues its mission with the launch of the CATCH Welding & Pipefitting Hub, an employer-led initiative designed to ensure the region’s workforce possesses the requisite skills to meet the demands of the process industry and mega-scale engineering construction projects essential for industrial decarbonisation in the UK.
