“I stumbled upon Beamex at a recruitment fair during my university studies, 3 years after I visited the company as part of a chemistry course. I got a trainee position in Product Development the summer before my final semester in school. I was struck by the amount of trust and responsibilities the trainees got. The following year I was able to write my thesis at Beamex and have since changed departments to IT, where I have very diverse tasks.

The thing that I like the most about the company is the trust shown, but also that you know the company cares about its employees. There are also great opportunities to evolve at Beamex, which is endorsed by the employer. If there is a possibility for you to try something new, you are welcomed to do so.”
