“I have always had a positive picture of Beamex as an employer and, when I saw the Sourcing Engineer position, I decided immediately to apply. I worked as a Sourcing Engineer for two and a half years before I was promoted to the Sourcing Manager position. From the beginning I have felt that career progress is available for employees, and I have been supported by my team throughout my career at Beamex. There is space for new ideas and suggestions are taken seriously in the company.

In my role, I especially enjoy the cooperation between departments and global trade with suppliers from all over the world. Days are very varied, and my typical workday might include project meetings with product development and production departments as well as meetings and negotiations with suppliers. At Beamex, I especially enjoy the work community and the possibility to take next steps in your career. Everyone is treated equally, regardless of department or role. I have enjoyed my journey at Beamex so far and I certainly feel that I am a part of the Beamex community.”
