Beamex RPRT high-accuracy reference sensor
The Beamex RPRT is a very accurate and extremely stable temperature sensor and is aimed to be used as a reference sensor in the most demanding temperature calibrations.
It provides temperature ranges up to 660 °C (1220 °F) via four different models, and offers excellent stability up to ±0.007 °C.
The RPRT is available as a straight and as a 90° bent version.
The sensor is provided with a Lemo connector compatible with Beamex MC6 family calibrators. With an adapter cable it can be used with any device with four banana contacts.
The RPRT includes an integrated memory that stores sensor coefficients.
An accredited calibration certificate with sensor coefficients is included in standard delivery.
The Beamex RPRT is available in four models:
Model | Description |
---|---|
RPRT-420-300 | Max 420 °C, length 300 mm (12″), diameter 6.35 mm (1/4″),straight, calibrated range -45 to 420 °C (-49 to 788°F). |
RPRT-420-230A | Max 420 °C, length 230 mm (9″) (before angle), diameter 6.35 mm (1/4″), 90° angled, calibrated range -45 to 420 °C (-49 to 788°F). |
RPRT-660-300 | Max 660 °C, length 300 mm (12″), diameter 6.35 mm (1/4″), straight, calibrated range 0 to 660 °C (32 to 1220 °F). |
RPRT-660-230A | Max 660 °C, length 230 mm (9″) (before angle), diameter 6.35 mm (1/4″), 90° angled, calibrated range 0 to 660 °C (32 to 1220 °F). |
Beamex IPRT-300 industrial reference sensor
The Beamex IPRT-300 is a general-purpose Pt100 temperature sensor suitable as a reference sensor in industrial applications.
It provides temperature range up to 300 °C (572 °F).
The IPRT has good accuracy of ±0.04 °C when used with the provided coefficients. The probe is a standard IEC60751 Pt100 (385) probe, so it can also be used without correction coefficients.
The IPRT is provided with a connector, so it can be plugged into Beamex MC6 family calibrators and Beamex dry blocks. With an adapter cable it can be used with any device with four banana contacts.
An accredited calibration certificate with data and sensor coefficients is included in standard delivery.
Beamex SIRT-155 short reference sensor
The Beamex SIRT-155 sensor is designed to be used as a reference sensor with the Beamex MC6-T150 when calibrating short and flanged sanitary sensors.
The SIRT is very short and thin sensor provided with a thin cable, optimized for calibration of short temperature sensors.
It provides temperature range -30 to 155 °C (-22 to 311 °F).
The SIRT is provided with a connector for the Beamex MC6-T and several other Beamex calibrators. With an adapter cable it can be used with any device with four banana contacts.
The SIRT is a standard IEC60751 Class A Pt100 sensor and can be used accurately without coefficients. For improved accuracy, it can be used with the coefficients provided as standard.
An accredited calibration certificate with data and sensor coefficients is included in standard delivery.
