The Beamex MC6 documenting calibrator interfaces with AMS Device Manager’s Calibration Assistant SNAP-ON application to manage the calibrations of HART®, Foundation™ Fieldbus, and conventional devices.
Beamex’s MCS200 calibration bench is designed for calibration and maintenance of process instruments in the workshop and laboratory. Stationary test benches and mobile trolleys are also available. Each calibration bench is custom-made based on your specific requirements and the modules needed for your workshop.

Beamex offers intrinsically safe calibrators that can be used in hazardous Ex areas, where explosive gases may be present. Using Ex certified calibrators makes it easier for you, as it eliminates the need for always getting hot-work permits when going on site. Our Ex calibrators are both ATEX and IECEx certified.
The Beamex calibrators below are multi-functional calibrators, meaning you don’t need to carry multiple pieces of equipment into the field or maintain and recalibrate multiple devices. These all-in-one calibrators can measure and generate electrical, temperature and pressure signals.
We offer pressure calibrators as portable field devices and as bench or workshop models. Pressure measurement is performed with internal and/or external pressure modules for better flexibility. Pressure measurement ranges go from vacuum up to 1,000 bar (14,500 Psi). Both gauge pressure (vacuum and positive) and absolute pressure can be measured with the same modules, so you don’t have to buy multiple modules. Also, intrinsically safe pressure calibrators are available for use in hazardous areas.
Beamex pressure controllers are offered as both portable and workshop models. Our automatic pressure controllers can be used alone or combined with our calibrators to enable automatic paperless calibrations. Manual pressure generators, hand pumps, and manual pressure controlling modules are also available.
