Beamex documenting calibrators store calibration results in their memory, allowing you to upload the results directly into the calibration software. With a Beamex documenting calibrator, you won’t need to carry your pen and paper around the plant to document your work or spend time typing the results into the software later.

The MC6 offers the most functionality out of all our documenting calibrators.

The MC6 has a dedicated user-interface, Documenting Calibrator Mode, that can be used for automating and documenting your calibrations easily. When you use the MC6 calibrator with Beamex CMX calibration software, you enable a totally paperless calibration process.

The MC6-Ex as a documenting calibrator

The MC6-Ex is an intrinsically-safe documenting calibrator that is safe for any Ex zone.

It has a dedicated user interface mode called “Documenting Calibrator” that can be used for automating and documenting calibrations. Use the MC6-Ex in conjunction with Beamex CMX calibration software to create a totally paperless calibration process – even in hazardous areas.

The MC4 as a documenting calibrator:

The MC4 is a compact-sized documenting calibrator designed for the process industry.

It has a dedicated user interface mode for documenting calibrations and its size makes it great for carrying around in the field. Using the MC4 with Beamex CMX calibration software enables a fully paperless calibration process.

MC6 Workstation

The MC6 Workstation is a panel-mounted version of the portable MC6 calibrator.

It has a dedicated user interface mode called “Documenting Calibrator” that can be used for automating and documenting calibrations. Using the MC6 Workstation in conjunction with Beamex CMX calibration software creates a paperless calibration process.

In practice, you are able to send an unlimited number of instruments from CMX to the MC6 Workstation which also supports the plant structure that you create in CMX.
