Important privacy information
The database you may upload and provide to Beamex may contain your company’s personal data, such as name’s of technicians or engineers performing or supervising calibrations. In such case, Beamex could be considered a data processor in relation to your company, the data controller. Due to that, we need to have certain contractual data processing terms in place as required by applicable privacy laws, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We are not able to accept your database without agreeing on such terms.
The personal data you upload to Beamex is only used by Beamex to provide services to your company and for no other purposes. We use the database in accordance with the service agreement, the data processing terms and applicable privacy laws. Any database uploaded through this service is stored for 180 days, whereafter it is deleted unless otherwise agreed.
Uploading the data and accepting the terms
Any upload of data must be agreed in advance with Beamex support. By completing the form below and uploading the database, you also accept the Beamex general terms and conditions as well as the data processing terms. All of the form fields are mandatory.
