1. Applicability. These terms and conditions apply to the incentive campaign organized by Beamex Oy Ab, where the respondents to the brand naming survey will receive a €30 gift card. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Organizer. This campaign is organized by Beamex Oy Ab (Ristisuonraitti 10, 68600 Pietarsaari, FINLAND, www.beamex.com, marketing@beamex.com).
3. Eligibility. The campaign is open to any person aged 18 and over, except employees of Beamex group companies and their immediate family members.
4. Campaign Period and Rewards. The campaign starts on November 3, 2025 and ends on November 17, 2025. Respondents will receive a €30 gift card. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. As the survey is not a lottery or game of chance, lottery laws do not apply to this survey. At the time of redemption, gift card can be redeemed to specific retail vouchers/gift cards in other currencies than the currency gift card was issued in, but the holder cannot exchange gift card in one currency to gift card in another currency.
The gift card is currently redeemable in the following countries/regions:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, Vietnam.
5. How to Participate. Participation requires completing the designated survey during the campaign period. Only fully completed and valid responses will be considered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. Rewards will be granted to eligible respondents based on the time of submission. Winners will be notified via email within 14 days after the campaign ends.
7. Data Privacy. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Beamex’s privacy policy available at https://www.beamex.com/privacypolicy/. Data will only be used for campaign administration unless the participant has given separate consent for other uses of their response data.
8. Limitation of Liability. The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, delays, campaign submissions or submission errors. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the campaign or these terms due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. This campaign is governed by the laws of Finland, without regards to its choice of law rules and principles, and any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
10. Other Terms. The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms or terminate the campaign if necessary.
By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees that:
- all name suggestions submitted to the campaign will become available for the organizer’s free and unrestricted use without any separate compensation;
- the participant will not make, now or in the future, any claims regarding copyright, trademark, domain name, or any other intellectual property rights related to their submitted name suggestion;
- the organizer has the full and irrevocable right to use, modify, publish, select, and otherwise utilize the name suggestion and any of its variations in its products, marketing, communications, and other activities at its sole discretion;
- the organizer has the right to register and claim rights to trademarks, domain names, or other intellectual property rights based on the submitted name or its modifications; and
- the organizer is under no obligation to use any submitted name suggestion.
