New firmware version 3.30 for Beamex MC6 family calibrators
We have released a new firmware version 3.30 for the Beamex MC6 family products (MC6, MC6-Ex and MC6 Workstation).
New firmware version 3.30 = Documenting Calibrator
From now on, all new Beamex MC6 family calibrators are able to perform automatic calibrations, document the calibration results in their memory and communicate with Beamex calibration software. In other words, the main feature of this firmware version is that the Documenting Calibrator mode is now included as a standard feature.
The Documenting Calibrator mode is one of the user interface modes of the MC6 family calibrators. With this mode, the calibration results are automatically documented in the calibrator’s memory.
The Documenting Calibrator mode also enables communication between the MC6 family calibrator and Beamex calibration software (Beamex CMX or Beamex LOGiCAL). It helps you to digitalize the entire calibration process and make it fully paperless.

Extensive process calibrator functionality
MC6-T includes a built-in multifunctional process calibrator, based on the Beamex MC6 technology. The process calibrator can calibrate temperature, electrical and pressure signals.
It can also simulate RTD and thermocouples signals, for calibrating temperature transmitters and other temperature instruments. It can also measure and generate various DC electrical signals.
Digital transformation of your calibration process
MC6-T is a documenting calibrator and communicates with calibration software. This enables a digitalized and fully paperless calibration process.
When the whole calibration process is electronic and paperless, it saves time and reduces the risk of errors.
MC6-T includes a field communicator for HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 and Profibus PA instruments.
With the help of the built-in communicator, you can calibrate, configure and trim/adjust your smart instruments with a single MC6-T without the need to carry a separate field communicator with you.
Short and sanitary sensor calibration
The MC6-T150 is designed so that it enables the calibration of short and sanitary sensors. This is typically not possible with traditional temperature dry-blocks.
MC6-T150 can be provided with a dedicated insert used together with a special short reference sensor with flexible cable, enabling the calibration of short and sanitary sensors.

Choose calibration bench, trolley, or tabletop case
The Beamex CENTRiCAL calibration and test bench is available as a 2-meter (6.56 feet) or 1.5-meter (4.92 feet) long table and as a corner table version.
Tables can be a fixed height or equipped with motorized height adjustment feature.
The Beamex CENTRiCAL trolley can be supplied with the same modules as the CENTRiCAL bench.
The trolley is equipped with wheels, an adjustable shelf, and a lockable drawer unit for storage.
The trolley has a modular construction: the instrument panel can be placed in the top of the trolley with a shelf in the middle, or in the middle of the trolley leaving the top shelf free for instruments.
The Beamex CENTRiCAL tabletop case can be provided with the same modules as the CENTRiCAL bench.
It is a convenient solution if you already have tables in your workshop. The case has handles on both sides and rubber feet.
The Beamex CENTRiCAL is a very modular and versatile solution, giving you the possibility to tailor the functionality to your needs. The CENTRiCAL can be used for a large variety of applications.
The CENTRiCAL offers a very ergonomic way to work in a workshop. With the electrically adjusted tabled height, you can set the table to optimum working level. Having all the equipment ergonomically located in the bench improves the work efficiency.
All the relevant modules delivered with CENTRiCAL are calibrated before delivery and come with calibration certificate included. You can start using the bench immediately without any need to have equipment calibrated first.

The Beamex POC8 is an automatic pressure controller making pressure calibrations very efficient and easy to perform.
A variety of pressure ranges are available, from vacuum up to 210 bar (3045 psi).
A POC8 can be equipped with 1 or 2 accurate internal pressure measurement ranges and a barometric module.

The Beamex smart reference probe contains an integrated memory that stores individual sensor coefficients.
The sensor works as a “plug-and-play” with the Beamex FB series of temperature blocks (R model). The temperature block automatically reads the sensor coefficients from the sensor and makes the necessary adjustments, eliminating the need to enter coefficients manually. The smart reference probe can also be used with the Beamex MB series of temperature blocks (R model), and sensor coefficients can be manually entered via the MB user interface. The smart sensor can also be connected to the Beamex MC6 calibrator.

The Beamex RTS24 is a very easy-to-use high precision simulator for Pt100 resistance thermometers. The RTS24 covers the general operating range for Pt100 thermometers with 24 temperature points within the range -20 °C to +600 °C (-4 °F to +1112 °F). The RTS24 Temperature Simulator provides high stability and accuracy.
Beamex’s POC6 is a quick and accurate pressure controller that makes pressure calibration easy. It can be used as a stand-alone pressure controller or combined with Beamex documenting calibrators and calibration software, creating a fully paperless automated calibration process. The POC6 is available as a panel-mounted version with the Beamex MCS200 workstation or as a portable desk top version.
