Before I joined Beamex in September 2019, I had a totally different background. I worked for several years in hotels as receptionist and my very first job was veterinary assistant. So nothing predicted working at Beamex one day! But I like changes and learning new things. I found it an amazing opportunity. I started and I don’t regret.

At the beginning I was so called multifunction. I handled different things, I tried to help everywhere I could and since then my job tasks have evolved at the same time as Beamex France has grown up.

In my current role as Customer Service Manager I take care of the customer services. My tasks include customer follow up for service/ recalibration/ contracts. I also handle orders/invoices and any other assistance that I can provide to Beamex France. My position is not boring, I always learn new things and it is very interesting. For example, it was nice to learn few things about metrology (something totally unknown for me before). And the tasks are versatile, it is not monotonous, which is good.

Atmosphere at Beamex is great. People are very nice, in Finland and around the world. What I like the most at Beamex is that people are benevolent and they are ready to help each other. It is very rewarding to work in such an environment. There is a feeling of togetherness at Beamex. I particularly enjoy this mood. We feel well and we can be ourselves. We always laugh and people are kind. Those are the important factors for me and helps me in my daily work to feel comfortable.
