I have recently celebrated my 25 year work anniversary at Beamex. That’s clearly a sign that I like my job! I started as a summer trainee in the service department, handling service orders and shipping equipment back from our calibration laboratory to our customers and distributors all over the world, many of which we have a close cooperation with still today. When the summer was over, I was offered a position in the export sales department. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in several different positions, mainly within the sales department, and develop myself professionally. I still learn something new every day!

What I like most about my job is the ability to work with fantastic people, both at our headquarters in Pietarsaari and our daughter companies around the world. I’m involved in many different projects, often with people from different departments, and I am constantly amazed by the diverse skills and the dedication of my colleagues. We have an open atmosphere, and we support each other – if you need help, there is always someone to ask, and that someone can be one of your colleagues in your own team, but just as well a member of the leadership team.

I also enjoy working in an international environment and having the possibility to travel occasionally.
