Working for Beamex has certainly been life changing, both professionally and personally.
In 2015 I was looking for a career change and I saw a Beamex job advertisement. I found the job advertisement attractive because company culture was clearly stated there. Before Beamex I was working in a very different industry, namely in access to work . I was not only looking for a new position, but a new career path and I immediately felt Beamex could give me a good opportunity for this. I originally joined as an internal sales person and have worked towards being the Operations Manager of our UK subsidiary.
I have found Beamex to be a forward-thinking company within the technology industry, and takes the same approach in how they treat people. It is a great company in the terms of product and services, but it continues to put people first. The key to this is being treated as an individual, and not as a number. People can express themselves and their voice is heard, something that is encouraged, and this gives you the opportunity to excel in your role.
There is a lot of transparency at Beamex in everything we do. For me it is important to have the CEO and board members taking a keen interest on business and we can easily access and talk to them, which I think is quite rare in many companies. I have visited Finland many times since I started at Beamex. It was pleasure to participate in the onboarding week just a few months after I joined Beamex and board meetings are organized annually in Finland.
Now I work with amazing people locally and globally. Working for Beamex has certainly been life changing, both professionally and personally.
