Escrow agreement
Escrow is a legal arrangement whereby the Beamex® CMX Calibration Software source code is deposited into safekeeping under the trust of a neutral third party (Escrow agent). Beamex commits to saving all necessary and available CMX development related material and documentation (incl. new CMX version releases) to a single DVD-media for Escrow.
