MC5 is a calibrator that grows with the needs of the user. MC5 can be
used as a simple precision pressure indicator and still easily be upgraded
into a documenting multifunction pressure-temperature-electrical calibrator,
which communicates with calibration software.

Allows MC5 to communicate with Beamex's calibration software; QD3 documenting
software
and CMX calibration management software.
Allows MC5 to work as a datalogger. MC5 can log up to seven (7) measurement
channels simultaneously. The datalogging results can be downloaded into
a computer through the RS
port for further examination. MC5 can datalog more than 10000 measurement
points.
Allows MC5 to communicate with an automatic pressure controller making
it possible to run fully automatic pressure calibrations.
Allows MC5 to communicate with a temperature bath making it possible to
run fully automatic temperature calibrations.
Allows MC5 to measure and simulate a customer specified temperature sensor.
Allows MC5 to communicate with HART® instruments by supporting those
HART® read/write commands typically used during the calibration process.
The carrying case is made of durable, water and stain resistant fabric.
It provides room for test leads, pressure tubing, fittings and pressure
hand pumps. The MC5 fits within the internal padded compartment, which
includes room for the MC5 User Guide.
This lightweight rugged serial printer is designed for field use. The
portable printer provides the capability to document calibration results
and instrument related information while in the field.
Complete with the necessary six 1.5V alkaline AA batteries, this accessory
is a useful backup to the NiMH rechargeable battery pack provided as standard.
The dry battery cartridge provides 2-5 hours of operation while allowing
the use of line power when desired.
Ideal for use in situations where the documenting of environmental temperature
conditions during the calibration is required. The sensor is encased in
rugged plastic at the end of a one meter length flexible cable which easily
connects to the MC5 communication port dedicated for this purpose.
These lightweight, rugged hand pumps are ideal for the generation of pressure/vacuum.
Each hand pump comes with a variable volume adjustment knob and variable
vent knob for precise pressure/ vacuum control. Three pumps cover the
range from vacuum to 700 bar / 10,000 psi.
The POC4 pressure controller receives pressure setpoint instructions from
the MC5 via serial communication providing for complete automation of
pressure instrument calibration process. The POC4 is available in various
models covering the pressure range of vacuum to 70 bar / 1,000 psi.
Beamex QCAL® calibration software automates the creation of instrument
calibration procedures which then can be downloaded to the MC5. Depending
upon user requirements, either QD3 documenting software or CMX calibration
management software be used with MC5 to satisfy the requirements of ISO
9000, QS-9000, OSHA, FDA , etc.
